7 boats with enemy saboteurs were destroyed in Kherson region, - Defense Forces of South
The defense forces warned of another attempt by the Russians to land the DRG on the islands near Kherson, destroying 7 enemy boats.
This was announced during the live broadcast of the telethon by the head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces Natalia Humeniuk, Censor.NET informs with reference to the press center of the Ministry of Defense.
"We destroyed their configured fleet of seven boats. The enemy equipped them with outboard motors, equipped them with machine guns, strengthened the sides, and tried to reach the islands in this way. This "action" of theirs was unsuccessful because in three days the boats and personnel in the number of about 20 people were destroyed", Humeniuk clarified.
The officer also noted that there is a gray area on these islands. The enemy is constantly trying to land its subversive and reconnaissance groups there, but it is not successful.
