The priority is ammunition and their quick delivery to Ukraine.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba during the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the European Union.

"The most priority need is artillery ammunition. It is not only about the quantity, but also about the speed of delivery. The sooner we get as many shells as possible, the more lives will be saved," the minister emphasized.

In his speech, Kuleba also welcomed the initiative to increase the European Peace Fund by 2 billion euros to finance the purchase of weapons and ammunition for Ukraine and to replenish partners' stocks.

"Ukraine welcomes the initiative to conclude an Agreement on the joint purchase of ammunition between a number of European states and the European Defense Agency. We count on its speedy implementation and prompt supply of ammunition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is a strategic step that will bring victory closer," Kuleba said.

He also noted the importance of transferring modern air defense systems to Ukraine as soon as possible and called for training programs to be strengthened so that at least ten battalions of the Ukrainian military are constantly present during training.

We will remind you that today there was a meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs and defense of the EU, where the supply of ammunition to Ukraine was discussed.
