AFU cannot launch counteroffensive due to lack of weapons, - Zelensky

The President of Ukraine emphasized that at this time the armed forces do not have enough ammunition, heavy equipment, and fighter jets to go on the offensive.

Zelensky noted that the Russian army uses three times more shells per day than the Defense Forces.
"We can't start yet. We can't send them," the president said.
The newspaper noted that President Zelensky asked Japan for military assistance. He emphasized that he has high hopes for it as a leading country of the "Big Seven".
"If you have the political will, you can find a way to help us. We are in a state of war and we cannot wait," the president emphasized.
