Borrell did not agree with statements that Ukraine cannot win
The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell and the defense ministers of the EU countries do not agree with the statements that Ukraine cannot win.

"Ministers do not agree with those who say that Ukraine cannot win this war and we should stop supporting them. No. On the contrary. Ukraine is doing well. This confuses Putin's plans for a quick victory. It is capable of defending itself", said Borrell.
He stated that the total amount of support provided by the EU - economic, military, humanitarian, financial, with refugees - has already reached 65 billion. "This means that we are leaders in supporting Ukraine, and we will continue to play this role," the senior representative assured.
Earlier it was reported that the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, is convinced that Ukraine is not capable of winning the aggressive war launched against it by Russia.
