During a night attack on Ukraine, enemy missiles and drones were spotted.
This was announced on the air of the telethon by the Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, arrivals were recorded in the Sumy and Kirovohrad regions.
Ihnat recalls that the Russians launched 6 missiles from 6 launchers that night.
"By a missile from an aircraft, obviously," he added, noting that there could have been many more missiles.
In the Sumy region, infrastructure facilities were damaged by drone strikes.
"As for cruise missiles, unfortunately, not all of them were destroyed. 4 were destroyed by air defense, and 2 hit the operational airfield near Kropyvnytsky. Of course, I won't talk about the consequences, but these are the realities today," the Air Force spokesman summed up.
Earlier it was reported that on the night of 4 June, explosions were heard in Kropyvnytsky, Kirovohrad region. According to the Air Force, air defense forces destroyed a total of four cruise missiles and three attack drones.
