"Decisive months" of war await Ukraine, - Pistorius

The situation on the battlefield in Ukraine in these and the coming months is of crucial importance.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said this on the eve of his visit to the USA, Censor.NET reports with reference to European Pravda.
Pistorius answered the question of whether this year will be decisive in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
"It is very likely that this will be a decisive year, now are decisive months," the minister said.
That is why, a few weeks ago, Germany came forward with a large support package "for 2.7 billion euros", he added.
"We are now the second strongest supporter of Ukraine after the United States," Pistorius assessed Germany's efforts to support Ukraine.
The head of the German Ministry of Defense also noted that for now, it is worth waiting for the results of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.
"I'm betting on a big offensive, a counter-offensive, and everything else will fall into place," he said.
Pistorius' talks in the US will focus on Russian aggression against Ukraine.
