Most powerful units of enemy are kept away from left-bank Kherson region, - OC "South"
The Russian army keeps its most powerful and combat-ready units away from the left-bank part of the Kherson region.
This was reported by the head of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Natalia Humeniuk, she said on the air of "Radio NV", Censor.NET reports.
"They have a large contingent, but it is quite diverse. It is such a "collective hodgepodge", because these units have been mixed for a long time and, in principle, there is almost no clear stratification, for example, into "L/DPRians", mobilized, etc. Other units, special powers, those from the category of, let's say, amphibious assault, stay away from the coast itself (because they have to provide more powerful work) and they are repurposed, redirected to Zaporizhzhia, to eastern directions," she said.
However, she added that the fact that these units are weaker does not mean that they "can be eaten like cockroaches." She noted that these compounds have been there for a long time and "have mastered that area.
