Actions of SASU will lead to complete curtailment of missile programs in Ukraine: DB "Luch" calls on prime minister to intervene. DOCUMENT
The State Audit Service again visited the DB "Luch", which produces weapons critical for the armed forces, in particular, "Vilkha" missile systems, "Neptun" cruise missiles, and "Stugna" anti-tank missile systems.
This is stated in an open letter to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, published by the "Luch" Design Bureau, Censor.NET reports.
By a constitutional majority, the Parliament annulled the conclusions of the SASU, according to which the entire profit of suppliers of the Ministry of Defense was considered as "losses of the state". However, the State Audit Service still has claims against DB "Luch" regarding the inclusion, provided for by law, of the profit in the price of the weapons that destroyed a lot of Russian equipment and sank the cruiser "Moskva". Multimillion-dollar claims from SASU threaten a complete stoppage of production.
"We are forced to spend working capital on the elimination of missile strikes, restoration and replacement of destroyed or damaged components, the use of relocation measures, duplication and expansion of production to increase production capacity, so the situation with the requirements of the State Audit Service is critical for the enterprise and the overall survival of the defense-industrial complex," the letter says.
The DB "Luch" calls on the Prime Minister to submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law that provides for a moratorium on inspections, in particular by the State Audit Service, of enterprises that produce weapons and military equipment during martial law.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the State Security Service has arranged an inspection of the "Luch" DB for the third time.
Also remind that in September, the Parliament adopted Resolution No. 10071, which obliges the Cabinet of Ministers to guarantee the executors of state contracts for defense procurement compensation for all economically justified costs, as well as the amount of profit. However, SASU continues to claim that the Verkhovna Rada confirmed the correctness of its actions.
Earlier, SASU head Alla Basalaeva was included in the "Peacemaker" base. The website specifies that Basalayeva, manipulating the norms of the current legislation during martial law, initiated processes of bankruptcy of Ukrainian defense industry enterprises, as well as illegal arrests of their managers, in favor of the Russian aggressor. "Myrotvorets" also provided information about Basalaeva's connections with the traitor of Ukraine Andrii Portnov.
