Colonel Chervinsky was handed changed suspicion

Today, the Shevchenkiv District Court of the capital will consider the complaint of the attorneys of intelligence agent Roman Chervinsky about the report of suspicion, which the defense side considers unfounded. But yesterday Chervinsky was handed the changed text of the suspicion, so the lawyers plan to withdraw the complaint since there is no longer a subject of appeal.
Chervinskyi's lawyer, Serhii Lysenko, reported this in a comment on Censor.NET.
"Yesterday, they handed over the amended suspicion. The text of the first suspicion was polished, some points that they could not prove were removed, - the lawyer noted. - There are two explanations. The first is to polish the suspicion before the announcement of Article 290 of the CPC (opening of materials to another party. - Ed.), which we were promised already at the end of this week. And the second - so that the judge could not consider the complaint of suspicion today, because the subject of the appeal has been changed."
According to him, the lawyers would like to file a new complaint, but it is unlikely that they will have time if the investigation in this case will be completed this week, and the materials will be provided to the suspect and his defense attorneys for perusal.
"My prediction is as follows: we will start to get acquainted with the case materials, they will tell us that we have been doing it for a long time, they will go to court and get restrictions on familiarization," believes Serhii Lysenko.
He also added that last week Chervinsky was offered to take a polygraph.
"Last week, first the investigator, then the prosecutors offered Roman Chervinsky to take a polygraph. We agreed.
Our only condition is that it should not be departmental polygraph examiners of the Security Service of Ukraine, but a properly appointed examination with the participation of state polygraph examiners. But under such conditions, the prosecutor and the investigator abandoned this idea," he said.
Also remind, that Roman Chervinsky gave an exclusive interview to Censor.NET, where he talked about the operation at the Kanatove airfield.
Earlier, the mass media reported that the Ukrainian military had been recruiting a Russian pilot for the hijacking of the plane for several months. Among them, according to the media, was Roman Chervinskyi. Subsequently, as noted in the SSU, the "operation" was carried out despite the objections of the SSU and without the consent of the relevant state authorities. As a result, the enemy received data on the deployment of Air Force personnel and Ukrainian aircraft at the Kanatove airfield. This made it possible for the Russian Armed Forces to shell the airfield.
Later, the SSU informed about the suspicion of Chervinsky in the case of shelling by the occupiers of the airfield "Kanatove" in the Kirovohrad region. He was detained in the Ternopil region.
On September 6, the court kept Colonel Chervinsky in custody for another 2 months.
