Russians intensify filtration measures in Kherson region - Regional Council
In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, the invaders have intensified filtration measures, primarily in Henichesk and Henichesk districts.
This was stated by First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yurii Sobolevskyi at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine - Ukrinform, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, for some time at the TOT (Temporarily Occupied Territories), checks were carried out at stationary checkpoints and documents were checked by patrols from time to time. For some time, there was no such thing as the Russian invaders coming and fully checking the settlement. Now the Russian military has returned to such actions again. They check smartphones, check computer equipment, pay special attention to people who have recently arrived in these settlements, who have not lived there permanently. And special attention to people who refused to receive Russian passports, re-register land plots, houses.
It will be recalled that the Institute for the Study of War reported that on October 17-18, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine probably crossed the Dnipro River and landed on the left bank of the river in the Kherson Region.
