Russian troops lost near Avdiivka, probably the most personnel for the entire year 2023.

British intelligence emphasizes that heavy fighting has been going on in the Avdiivka area for the past week. The Russian Federation began an offensive in this direction in mid-October.
According to intelligence, the occupiers sent up to eight brigades to Avdiivka. They suffered losses that are probably the largest among Russian forces in 2023.
At the same time, Russian so-called warmongers criticize the tactics of the military. British intelligence believes that the nature of the Russian invasion remains the same as at the beginning of the war.
"Political leaders are demanding the capture of more territory, but the military cannot carry out effective offensive actions at the operational level," the message reads.
