"Servant of People" Motovylovets passed draft law during meeting in Verkhovna Rada that transfers state part of Pivdenny port water area to companies of oligarchs Fedorichev and Zhevago - Shabunin

Today, on 21 December, the deputy head of the SP faction, Andriy Motovylovets, passed the draft law No. 9573 during the meeting, in the first reading in the Verkhovna Rada, which transfers the state-owned part of the Pivdenny port to the companies of sanctioned Russian oligarch Fedorichev and oligarch Zhevago. This draft law kills the NABU/SAPO proceedings, in which former Infrastructure Minister Pyvovarsky was served with a suspicion. Motovylovets himself, as an advisor to Pivovarsky, initiated the distribution of the ship’s dues between the state and the companies of Fedorichev/Zhevago.
This was reported on Facebook by the head of the AntAC Vitaliy Shabunin, Censor.NET reports.
"Today, Motovylovets, deputy head of the "servants" faction, passed the draft law No. 9573 during the meeting, which transfers the state part of the Pivdenny port water area to companies, in particular:
1) the sanctioned Russian oligarch Fedorichev;
2) oligarch Zhevago, who is a lover of partying in Courchevel and is hiding from justice in France.
With the same draft law, Motovylovets and his "servants" are killing the already investigated NABU/ SAPO proceedings, in which former Infrastructure Minister Pyvovarsky was served with a suspicion notice.
Do you know why Motovylovets is so worried about this case? Because it was he who, as an adviser to Pivovarsky, initiated the distribution of the ship's dues between the state and the companies, including Fedorichev/Zhevago.
I suspect that Motovylovets "forgot" to inform his faction colleagues about the latter fact. As well as about his at least one meeting with Fedorichev. And a few other facts...
Bottom line. If Motovylovets pushes this bill (in its entirety), he will be pinning a very smelly story on his "servants" and the president (who has to sign the law).
If Motovylovets was worried about "persecution of reformers", he would have made changes to the Criminal Procedure Code, not given away state property to Russian oligarchs.
And so, this is purely the use of the position to lobby for vested interests. Details are in the first comment," he said.
