"Servant of People" Motovylovets passed draft law during meeting in Verkhovna Rada that transfers state part of Pivdenny port water area to companies of oligarchs Fedorichev and Zhevago - Shabunin Today, on 21 December, the deputy head of the SP faction, Andriy Motovylovets, passed the draft law No. 9573 during the meeting, in the first reading in the Verkhovna Rada, which transfers the state-owned part of the Pivdenny port to the companies of sanctioned Russian oligarch Fedorichev and oligarch Zhevago. This draft law kills the NABU/SAPO proceedings, in which former Infrastructure Minister Pyvovarsky was served with a suspicion.
