Assistance to Ukraine should not harm Poland’s economy and agriculture - Tusk

туск

Poland is ready to continue to provide assistance to Ukraine, but not to the detriment of its own citizens, in particular, agricultural producers.

This was stated by the head of the Polish government Donald Tusk, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"We are ready to help Ukraine, but when it comes to free trade with Ukraine, we must also take into account the interests of our communities - social and economic. And in this case, we have a common opinion: we need to work together with Brussels to ensure that assistance to Ukraine does not harm our economy, and especially our agriculture," Tusk said during a meeting of the Visegrad countries (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic) in Prague.
