Ministry of Energy has no plans to raise electricity tariffs: All statements in this regard are fake
The Ministry of Energy has denied information about an alleged increase in electricity tariffs. They stressed that such reports are fake.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
"Today, a number of information resources have once again disseminated information about the alleged preparation by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine to increase the electricity tariff.
We officially inform you that there is currently no preparation, discussion, or calculation of a potential increase. All statements in this regard are fake news aimed at destabilising public sentiment," the statement said.
The Ministry of Energy stressed that Ukrainians went through this winter without large-scale blackouts, with electricity and heat. The negative scenarios spread by various sources did not come true.
