Hourly power outages applied in Kharkiv, no restrictions in other regions - Ministry of Energy

There is currently no electricity shortage in Ukraine. Hourly power cuts are used in Kharkiv.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

"Yesterday, grid restrictions were applied to consumers in Kharkiv. We expect hourly outages in the city for the current day. There are no restrictions in other regions. At one of the thermal power plants, a power unit was taken out for emergency repairs due to a technical malfunction," the statement said.

According to the Ministry, there is no electricity shortage and it is not expected for the current day. Ukraine's power system is operating in a stable and balanced manner.
