According to Censor.NET, this was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with NBC News.
"Russia wants to mobilise 300,000 soldiers by 1 June. We are preparing for this. By 9 May, Russia expects to occupy Chasiv Yar in eastern Ukraine. I was recently in the region and spoke to the soldiers. The soldiers lack the equipment to fight Russian reconnaissance drones, which completely correct Russian artillery fire, and they also lack artillery shells. I expect that we will be able to withstand, that these weapons will arrive on time, and we will be able to repel the enemy, and then break Russia's plans for a full-scale counter-offensive in June," the president said.
