Today, July 24, blackout schedules are canceled until 4:00 p.m.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the "DTEK" press center.

"According to information from Ukrenergo, power outages are not expected until 4:00 p.m. Odesa: schedules are canceled until 6:00 p.m.," the message reads.
