DTEK gave advice to Ukrainians on how to prepare for winter: Count on yourself
Ukrainians should provide themselves with the necessary equipment in case of long-term power outages.
This was stated the day before by the executive director of DTEK, Dmytro Sakharuk, at the forum "The Future of Ukrainian Energy. Dialogues with NV", Censor.NET informs with reference to "Economic Pravda".
In response to the moderator's question about advice to Ukrainians in preparation for winter, he said: "Count on yourself."
Count on yourself. I'm not kidding. Everything is in our hands and depends on each of us. If everyone thinks about what he can do to get through the next winter and does something about it, he will definitely (the winter will pass easier. - EP)," he said.
At the same time, he expressed hope that the energy workers who work 24/7 will do the rest.
In addition, Saharuk added, he expects from the government and all participants in the process of preparing the energy industry for the winter multiple increases in speed.
"It needs to be multiplied by 100. Then we will have time to do something in all processes," Sakharuk noted.
Previously, Censor.NET informed that "DTEK" intends to restore 60-70% of the thermal generation destroyed by Russian shelling by October of this year.
