As noted, in Vovchansk, the enemy regrouped assault groups and carried out logistical support measures, focusing mainly on holding the occupied lines. From the direction of Shebekin (Russian Federation), the enemy used anti-aircraft missiles in the area of Vovchanski Khutory and a TOS-1A heavy flamethrower system in Vovchansk.

The occupiers also shelled the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the area of Sotnytskyi Kozachok.
According to the OTG "Kharkiv", 3 combat clashes took place during the past day, August 7. Also, the enemy made 1 missile strike. The enemy did not use tactical aviation in the Kharkiv direction.
The occupiers struck 33 times with kamikaze drones and shelled the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine 503 times.
