In South, modern Russian SAM "Buk-M3" was destroyed at night - OSGT "Tavria"
On the night of August 8, near the village of Zaporizhzhia in the Orihiv direction, in the occupied territory, a Russian SAM "Buk-M3" was destroyed.
As Censor.NET informs, this was announced on the air of the telethon by the spokesman of the "Tavria" OSGT, Captain Dmytro Lykhovii.
"This is a modern modernized air defense system of the Russians, it was put into service in 2016. Similarly, in the area of Velikiy Kopany in the Kherson region, the Osa air defense system was destroyed," the spokesman said.
He also added that two days ago, a Buk-M1 air defense system was destroyed in the Ukrainsky area, and another Tor and two Buks in the Orichivsk area were actually destroyed during the week of August.
"It should be emphasized that there is a kind of genocide of Russian air defense systems because since the beginning of the month, 6 have already been destroyed and all of them are in the Zaporizhzhia region," Pletenchuk emphasized.
Also remind, that on August 5, Ukrainian soldiers published a video of the destruction of the enemy Buk air defense system near the occupied Tokmak in Zaporizhzhia with the help of the American HIMARS surface-to-air missile.
