Full document on implementation of Peace Formula will be ready in November - Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that a full-fledged document on the implementation of the Peace Formula will be finalized in November.
The head of state said this at an extraordinary session of the European Council, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"Together, we must ensure the conditions for the peace that all of us - Ukrainians and all the peoples of Europe - need. Let me remind you that this summer we held a successful Peace Summit. It was supported by more than 100 countries and international organizations. This is a clear path to restoring a just peace based on the UN Charter. We must hold a second Peace Summit to put an end to the war. We are preparing the Peace Formula Framework Program, which provides for all aspects of restoring peace," the President said.
Zelenskyy reminded that 4 meetings had already been held on the implementation of the Peace Formula.
"Today the fifth one is taking place in France. I am grateful to France for hosting it. In November, we will develop a full-fledged document based on the Peace Formula and share it with everyone, including the Russians, at the Peace Summit," he concluded.
The Peace Formula is a strategy to end Russia's aggression against Ukraine and restore justice for the Ukrainian people based on the goals and principles of the UN Charter.
