Russians are increasingly shelling their own settlements in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha wrote about this on the social network X, Censor.NET reports.
According to Sibiga, in the Kursk region, Russians are increasingly shelling their own settlements, using the scorched earth tactic.
"In the Kursk region, Russians are increasingly shelling their own settlements. Artillery and air strikes without any mercy for the civilian population. This is a typical Russian scorched earth tactic that they are now applying to their own villages and cities," the foreign minister said.
He added that Russia disregards human life, both at home and abroad.
