Putin told Vučić that all goals of special military operations will be fulfilled - Bloomberg

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic raised the topic of a ceasefire during a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, but the Russian dictator "was not interested."
According to Censor.NET, Vucic said this in an interview with Bloomberg.
The Serbian leader called Putin to inform him that he would not be able to accept his invitation to the BRICS summit.
"All the goals of the special military operations, as he said, will be fulfilled," the Russian president replied, according to Vucic.
Moscow reported the talks between the two presidents on October 20. A statement on the Kremlin's website said that Vucic and Putin "exchanged greetings on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belgrade from the Nazi invaders" and discussed Ukraine.
At the BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia, on October 24, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, despite recommendations to EU candidate countries to refrain from such contacts.
Vulin attended the summit as a representative of President Aleksandar Vucic, who refused to travel to Russia despite Putin's personal invitation.
Serbia has not joined the EU sanctions against Russia over its war against Ukraine, although it is a candidate for EU membership.
