Explosion rang out in Sumy

On the morning of 4 November, explosions sounded in Sumy.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Suspilne.

At 9.47 a.m., an air raid alert was declared in the region. The Air Force reported a threat of ballistic missile attacks from the east.
