Scholz said that Trump presented "more nuanced" position on Ukraine during his conversation with him

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that US President-elect Donald Trump had expressed a "more nuanced" position on Ukraine during a conversation with him.
The German politician said this in an interview with the Sueddeutsche Zeitung, the EP reports, Censor.NET informs.
According to Scholz, his conversation with Trump was "perhaps surprisingly very detailed and good."
The politician noted that while discussing the war in Ukraine with the newly elected US president, he got the impression that Trump "has a more nuanced position than is often assumed." However, the German politician did not specify what he meant.
In addition, the German chancellor said that in the conversation, the US president-elect gave "no indication" that he would conclude an agreement with Russia on Ukraine to circumvent Kyiv's interests.
Scholz added that Germany, in turn, would not agree to a "peace under dictation."
Scholz and Trump spoke on the phone on November 10.
