Zelenskyy presents "Resilience Plan" to Rada and says there will be no elections until end of war. VIDEO

Today, on 19 November 2024, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the "Resilience Plan" in the Verkhovna Rada.

This was announced in the telegram channel of the "European Solidarity" MP Oleksii Honcharenko, Censor.NET reports.

According to him, the "Resilience Plan" consists of 10 points:

  • Unity
  • Front
  • Weapons
  • Money
  • Energy
  • Security
  • Communities
  • Human capital
  • Cultural sovereignty
  • Politics of Heroes

"This is a doctrine that should lead Ukraine from war to peace," he quoted Zelenskyy as saying.

According to Honcharenko, the head of state also said that Ukraine would not lower the mobilisation age, but would offer contracts with a motivational package to those who have not reached the mobilisation age.

"The law does not allow holding elections in wartime. Ukraine first needs a fair peace, and then Ukraine will hold fair elections," Zelenskyy said during his speech.
