Russian army strikes at Kharkiv, number of casualties rises to 10, 18-year-old boy is in critical condition (updated)
In the afternoon of 19 November, Russian invaders attacked Kharkiv, there were victims.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
"The Russian army attacked Kharkiv. According to preliminary data, there were victims," he said in a statement.
According to the mayor Ihor Terekhov, the attack hit the Kyivskyi district of the city.
"At the moment we have information about three victims," Terekhov said.

Later, Syniehubov said that the number of people injured in the enemy's attack on Kharkiv was 9.
"As of this moment, five people are hospitalised, two civilians are in serious condition," the head of the RMA said.

Later, Syniehubov said that, according to the latest data, there are 10 victims. Among them are 9 men and 1 woman. The woman has an acute stress reaction.
Among the men, the youngest is 18 years old. He was hospitalized in serious condition. The rest of them are hospitalized on average.
