Ministry of Ukrainians’ Unification will be established in Ukraine: Candidate for its head will be nominated by end of year - Zelenskyy
Ukraine needs to create a special central executive body, the Ministry of Ukrainians' Unification, and its head will be nominated by the end of the year.
Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during the presentation of the internal Resilience Plan in the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday.
"Ukraine needs to institutionally strengthen its entire policy towards Ukrainians abroad - towards our people from all waves of migration. We need to create a special central executive body - the Ministry of Ukrainians' Unification - that will deal with the affairs of the global Ukrainian community not among other things, but purposefully," Zelenskyy said.
He also added that the government will submit a candidate for the new minister for approval by the end of the year.
