Enemy attacks most actively in Pokrovsk direction, situation is tense in Kurakhove direction - General Staff
As of 4 p.m., the number of combat engagements in the frontline is 86. The situation is the most intense in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.

The situation in the north
The enemy continues to use aviation and artillery in the border areas of the Sumy region. The areas around Zhuravka, Vodolahy, Volfyne, Riasne, Mezenivka, Basivka came under artillery fire, and the enemy fired at Oleksandriia and Yunakivka with multiple rocket launchers.
Russian aviation dropped 14 guided aerial bombs on the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, Russian terrorists stormed the positions of our units in the area of Vovchansk four times, two of the enemy's attacks have already been repelled.
The enemy attacked our positions five times in the Kupiansk direction, near the towns of Kindrashivka, Lozova and Kruhliakivka, and received a decent rebuff.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, the enemy is trying to advance near Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Torske and Terny. In total, there have been eight combat engagements in this direction since the beginning of the day, and one is still ongoing.
The enemy did not conduct offensive actions in the Siversk direction, however, dropped 13 GABs in the areas of Siversk and Zakitne.
In the Kramatorsk direction, one firefight continues near Stupochky. The enemy used aerial bombs in the vicinity of Stinky and Mykolaivka.
The number of enemy attacks in the Toretsk direction increased to six. The occupiers attacked near the settlements of Toretsk, Druzhba and Shcherbynivka, where our defenders repelled three attacks, and three more combat engagements are ongoing. At the same time, the enemy carried out air strikes on Romanivka, Kostiantynivka and Sukha Balka.
The enemy attacked Ukrainian defenders most actively in the Pokrovsk direction. During the day, the aggressor carried out 19 attacks in the areas of Promin, Lysivka, Petrivka, Dachenske, Pustynka and Pushkine. Defense forces are holding back the onslaught and repelled 16 enemy attacks, three firefights are ongoing. The enemy conducted air strikes in the areas of Stara Mykolaivka and Oleksandropil.
The situation is also tense in the Kurakhove direction, where the enemy has attacked our units 13 times since the beginning of the day. He tried to advance near Novoselidivka, Sontsivka, Berestky, Kurakhove, Dalne and Antonivka, launched air strikes on Romanivka and Hannivka, and currently combat is ongoing in six locations, with seven attacks repelled.
In the Vremivka direction, our troops repelled eight attacks in the areas of Kostiantynopil, Trudove, Rozdolne and Novodarivka. Three combat engagements are ongoing in the direction of Velyka Novosilka, where the Russian invaders have already dropped three GABs.
Hostilities in the south
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy assault towards Novoandriivka.
In the Prydniprovske direction, there was one unsuccessful attack by the invaders.
There were no significant changes in other frontline directions.
