800 people remain in Kurakhove, town destroyed by 70% - RMA

The head of the Donetsk RMA, Vadym Filashkin, said this during a telethon, Censor.NET reports.

According to the official, the Russians destroyed Kurakhove by almost 70%.

"The situation in Kurakhove direction is the most difficult. 2900 people are staying in the community, 800 people are staying in the town and they have no desire to leave. They have stocked up with food packages, medicines and drinking water," said Filashkin.

Also, according to the head of the RMA, 750 residents remain in Toretsk and 304 in Chasiv Yar. It is "almost impossible" to deliver humanitarian aid to these cities, the official said.

In addition, Filashkin said that 106 frontline settlements in the Donetsk region lack electricity, gas and water. However, other areas of the region are ready for the heating season.

Earlier it was reported that Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, has no water or heating, and has problems with gas and electricity supply.
