Explosions rang out in Dnipro in morning, damaging enterprise and rehabilitation centre building, causing injuries (updated)
On the morning of 21 November, Russian invaders attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with rockets. Explosions were heard in Dnipro.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak.
"The region has been under enemy attack since morning. It was loud in Dnipro - there were several fires. An enterprise was damaged. I ask everyone to stay in shelters until cancellation of air raid warning," he said in a statement.
The building of the rehabilitation centre for the disabled was also damaged by the shelling, said the mayor, Borys Filatov.
"The boiler room was destroyed, windows were smashed. Information on people is being clarified," Filatov said.

Lysak later reported that the Russian strike also caused damage to a garage cooperative. A fire broke out there. Nine garages were damaged. And also two private houses. A fire broke out in one of them and was extinguished. The fire was also extinguished at the second site.
"Preliminary, two people were injured. A 57-year-old man was treated on the spot. A 42-year-old woman was hospitalised," Lysak added.
Occupiers shelled Nikopol district several times at night
They fired from artillery and "Grad" at the district centre, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovsk communities.
"Fortunately, there were no casualties," Lysak added.
