Zelenskyy after meeting with Trump and Macron: we all want to end this war as quickly and fairly as possible. VIDEO
On Saturday, 7 December, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with US President-elect Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to work together.
President Zelensky said this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
The Head of State called his meeting with Trump and Macron "good and productive".
"As always, President Trump is determined. Thank you for that. I also thank President Macron for organizing this meeting in Paris," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, the trilateral meeting was about "our people", the situation on the battlefield, and a just peace for Ukraine.
"We all want to end this war as quickly and fairly as possible. We agreed to continue working. Peace through strength is possible," the Head of State concluded.
As a reminder, on 7 December, a trilateral meeting between Zelenskyy, Trump, and Macron took place in Paris.
