Zelenskyy: Putin reduces strikes on Ukraine when AFU begin targeting Russian territory

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is reducing his strikes on Ukraine as Kyiv begins to strike at Russian territory.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with the French newspaper Le Parisien, Censor.NET reports.
"Of course, Russia is hitting and will continue to hit distribution stations, and will also hit gas storage facilities, etc. We will defend ourselves as best we can," the head of state said.
He also spoke about the effect of the Defense Forces' strikes on Russian territory.
"Because Putin reduces his attacks on Ukraine the moment you start hitting Russian territory. He is very afraid that his society will be unhappy with this. He is very afraid that he may lose electricity and gas supplies. Such barbarians must be dealt with in ways that are understandable to him," the president said.
Zelenskyy also emphasized that Ukraine needs more air defense systems, more physical defense, and more long-range capabilities for the military.
By the way, the issue of long-range capabilities for the Armed Forces will be one of the topics of Zelenskyy's meeting with EU leaders in Brussels.
