Tomorrow, Rada will again consider resolution on Boiko’s expulsion from Human Rights Committee
The Verkhovna Rada re-registered a resolution to vote out Deputy Yurii Boiko of office as a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations.
This was announced by People`s Deputy of the Voice faction Yaroslav Zhelezniak, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, in the morning of December 19, the issue will be considered by the Regulatory Committee and then immediately in the Verkhovna Rada.
"This time the votes should be enough," Zhelezniak added.
As a reminder, on 14 December, Boiko posted a pro-Russian statement on social media about "radicals renaming cities and demolishing monuments" and "banning people from speaking their native language".
Resolution to vote out Boiko of office from the Human Rights Committee after his pro-Russian statement was submitted to the Rada.
On 17 December, Boiko came to the SSU for questioning.
After the questioning at the SSU, he posted a new video on social media, in which he decided to "apologize and say that we all should be united".
On 18 December, the Verkhovna Rada failed to adopt a resolution that would have excluded Yurii Boiko from the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights.
