"Everything is in coordination: the military administration, city authorities, police, power engineers, utilities, rescuers, volunteers. There are some serious problems," the mayor said.
Citizens will be informed about the situation in the city later.
"I will say only one thing. If we had not prepared for the shelling, it would have been much worse," Filatov added.
