Ukraine is fully prepared for second Peace Summit, common positions have been agreed upon - MFA
Ukraine has prepared everything necessary for the second Peace Summit.
This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Heorhii Tykhyi, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
"You can see for yourself that historical, tectonic processes are taking place now, and a new administration (in the United States - ed.) is coming, as well as in European countries. The Peace Formula remains the basis of the vision of a just end to the war, this is unchanged," Tykhyi said when asked whether Kyiv would demonstrate a peace plan before the second Peace Summit.
The Foreign Ministry spokesperson noted that Ukraine has held all thematic conferences that agreed on common positions needed for the second Peace Summit.
Ukraine is now in a strong diplomatic position, as everything is prepared, but of course, for this summit to take place and be effective, we need to prepare. The dates that were announced were approximate," he explained.
Tykhyi added that Kyiv wants to implement everything as soon as possible, but it needs results, not "an event for the sake of an event," so the work continues.
