In Kharkiv, two men beat and robbed a soldier who had come on military leave.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office, Censor.NET reports.
For example, on 27 December, around 5:50 p.m., two men were near an underpass on Pryvokzalna Street in Kharkiv, where they saw a 45-year-old military man on military leave.
"Having caught up with him, one of the attackers punched the victim in the face, and when he fell, he continued to kick him along with his accomplice. Having thus overcome the resistance and inflicted bodily harm on the man, the robbers took his property - a phone, documents, cash and other things he had with him, and then fled the scene," the statement said.
The criminals were quickly identified and detained. Pre-trial restraint in the form of detention has been imposed on them.
The suspects face up to ten years in prison for their actions.
