Zelenskyy amended Regulations on General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed Decree No. 15/2025 on amendments to the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The innovations concern the self-representation of the General Staff in courts and determine the procedure for representing its interests.
The new sub-clause 5 of clause 5 stipulates that the General Staff may provide self-representation in courts and other bodies through persons authorized to act on its behalf. This also includes the possibility of representation through officials of a structural subdivision of the General Staff who specialize in such functions.
As a reminder, the General Staff is the main body for planning Ukraine's defense, defining and employing the Armed Forces and other components of the defense forces.
