Scottish volunteer Jordan Maclachlan killed in war in Ukraine
Jordan Maclachlan, a 26-year-old volunteer from Scotland, joined the Ukrainian army in 2022 after a period of volunteering.

It is known that Jordan Maclachlan served as a medic on the front line.
Jordan's family stated that they were proud of his "desire of helping others and his belief that he was making a difference through his actions".
"Jordan was a fun-loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him," the statement said.
The British government claims that it is in contact with the authorities in Ukraine to find out the details of the Scotsman's death.
