Shaheds’ attack on Kyiv region: shrapnel damages house. PHOTOS
On the night of 8 January 2025, the enemy once again attacked the Kyiv region using UAVs. The alert lasted for 7 hours.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
As noted, air defence forces were operating in the region. Enemy targets were shot down.
"There are no casualties among the population. There were no hits to critical or residential infrastructure," the statement said.
Consequences of enemy attack
As a result of the falling debris of the downed target, a private house and a fence were damaged in one of the settlements. The damage was minor. The building's facade and doors were cut and the windows were smashed.
Operational groups are continuing to work on recording the consequences of the night attack.
Later, the National Police showed photos of the aftermath of the night attack in Kyiv region.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that air defence forces were working in the Kyiv region in the morning.
