Ruscists start forced conscription of TOT residents for "compulsory military service" - DIU

The Russian invaders have started a forced conscription of residents of the occupied Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions for "compulsory military service".
This was reported by the press service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"According to intelligence information, the Russian occupation authorities conducted a forced conscription for the first time among residents of the temporarily occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. From October 1 to December 31, 2024, about 300 people were called up for military service," the statement said.
Thus, the occupation administration is forcing Ukrainians under the age of 60 to register for military service.
"In case of refusal, the occupiers threaten to dismiss and further restrict employment. In addition, the aggressor is trying to attract local residents to serve in the Russian armed forces under a contract. In particular, the occupation administration in Luhansk region promises 2.5 million rubles for signing a contract.
International humanitarian law categorically prohibits the mobilization of residents of the occupied territories into the armed forces of the occupying power. Such actions of the Russian Federation are a gross violation of human rights and another crime committed by the Kremlin regime," the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine emphasized.
