One third of weapons in Ukraine are of domestic production, - Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy on Ukraine’s desire to do everything to end the war with dignity this year

In Ukraine, a significant portion of the weapons used on the battlefield are domestic products.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Warsaw, Censor.NET reports.

"Somewhere around 33-34% of all weapons in Ukraine today are domestically produced. Out of 100% of what you need for a year. And this is a serious growth. It was less than 10%, now it is 33-34%. About 30% in Europe and somewhere over 30%, about 40% in the United States," Zelenskyy said.

He emphasized that Europe and the United States are currently supporting Ukraine in approximately equal amounts, and it is important to maintain this coordination, as it is a guarantee of stability and security.

As a reminder, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk the production and supply of weapons to strengthen Ukraine's defense, as well as the possibility of investing in the development of domestic production.
