Supreme Court Judge Zhukov lives in $1m estate near Kyiv with vineyards and lakes: all registered to old friends - media. VIDEO+PHOTOS

The family of Supreme Court of Cassation judge Serhii Zhukov lives in a 4-hectare estate near Kyiv, where, in addition to houses, there are also lakes and vineyards. Nothing is registered there for Zhukov himself - it all officially belongs to people close to him.

This is stated in an investigation by Bihus.Info journalists, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that Serhii Zhukov has been a judge of the Commercial Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine since 2017. Prior to that, Zhukov was a lawyer, and had, among other things, his own law firm in Dnipro. He also served as a local deputy.

Serhii Zhukov's wife, Yevheniia, is also a judge. She currently works at the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

The Zhukovs' declarations include a parking space and 2 apartments (in Dnipro and Kyiv). And two cars - a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg and a 2009 Volkswagen Golf.

However, the judges' family does not live in the apartment they declare, but in an estate near Kyiv. On its territory, you can see two houses, a piece of forest, a cascade of lakes, greenhouses, vineyards and a wine cellar. At market prices, this could be worth a million dollars.

The area behind the fence itself is 4 hectares, consisting of 11 plots belonging to different owners. But all of them are somehow connected to Judge Zhukov and started buying up land and building there in 2020.

The house where the judge's family lives and several other plots (including the one where the cellar was built) officially belong to Andrii Moskalev. He is a realtor from Dnipro and an old acquaintance of Zhukov. At one time, Zhukov sold real estate to Moskalov.

Another part of the land, including the vineyards, currently belongs to Vladyslav Dmytruk, a private entrepreneur from Chernihiv region. He has also known Zhukov for a long time. Before Dmytruk bought the plots near Kyiv, their official owner was Zhukov's aide, Bohdan Zhyla.

Another, the largest piece of land - 180 hectares, where the lakes are spread out - belongs to Dmytro Zhornichenko. The man is also a long-time close friend of the judge. In particular, in 2017, Zhukov transferred his part of the legal business to him when he became a judge.

Another house on the territory was also registered in Zhornichenko's name, which was officially bought by Judge Zhukov's son Stanislav in November 2024. He is a student whose official income is only a scholarship.

According to journalists, the judge says that the son sold an apartment in Dnipro and used the money to buy a property near Kyiv. However, the judge himself does not know how much the son bought the house for, and the son cannot remember the amount.

According to Bihus.Info's sources, none of the judge's acquaintances had commensurate official income to buy real estate near Kyiv.

When asked by Bihus.Info journalists, Zhukov said: "I am ready to write an application and undergo a full NACP inspection, I have all the relevant documents."
