Russia is ready for talks on Ukraine. Zelenskyy makes them "illegitimate" - Putin

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said he is ready to hold talks to end the war against Ukraine.
He was quoted by Russian propagandists, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, if the talks begin now, they can allegedly be recognized as illegitimate, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has banned dialogue with Russia.
The Russian dictator is demanding that Zelenskyy be forced to lift the ban on negotiations.
"In the presence of such a ban, it’s hard to talk seriously about dialogue with Kyiv," Putin said.
He also said that Russia has never refused to have contact with the United States, they were allegedly "cut off by Washington."
In addition, Putin called his relationship with Donald Trump "trusting and pragmatic."
The Kremlin leader also suggested that if Trump's victory had not been "stolen" from him in the last election, there might not have been a "crisis" in Ukraine.
He added that the "Kyiv regime" receives hundreds of billions from its sponsors and "squirrels them away with both cheeks."
As a reminder, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko voiced Moscow's demand that NATO cancel the 2008 Bucharest Summit decision, which provided for the possibility of Ukraine joining the Alliance.
The Kremlin said that Putin is ready to contact Donald Trump.
