4 men injured due to explosion of explosive device on river bank in Izium
4 men were injured in the explosion of an explosive device in the Kharkiv region.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
"Today, on the bank of the Siverskyi Donets River in the city of Izium, 4 men were injured as a result of the explosion of an explosive device," the SES said.
The victims were hospitalized. All the circumstances of the incident are being investigated by law enforcement agencies.
"Dear citizens! If you see a suspicious or unknown object, immediately report it by calling "101" or "102"," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine appealed to Ukrainians.
