According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the mayor of Kramatorsk, Oleksandr Honcharenko.

"1 dead, 9 wounded - the consequences of a night strike on the civilian infrastructure of Kramatorsk.

The injured are being provided with medical care, all relevant utilities are working on the spot," he said in a statement.
