UK to allocate £4.5bn in military aid to Ukraine this year - Healey

In 2025, the UK will allocate £4.5 billion for military assistance to Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of the British Defence Ministry, John Healey, opening the "Ramstein" meeting, the "EP" reports, Censor.NET informs.
Healey told the members of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence that 2025 was a ‘critical year’ for the war in Ukraine.
‘We must take further steps to strengthen Ukraine... For its part, the UK will allocate £4.5 billion in military aid this year,’ the British Defence Secretary said.
As a reminder, on Wednesday, 12 February, a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (UDCG) in the "Ramstein" format, chaired by the UK, began in Brussels.
Earlier, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that this year the UK intends to provide Ukraine with more military assistance than before.
