We will not allow Ukraine to be demilitarised - Scholz

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has categorically rejected the possibility of reaching unilateral agreements between the US and Russia, saying that Europe should also be involved.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by N-TV.
Scholz excludes that there will be a single US-Russian agreement on Ukraine.
"We, as Europeans, will not allow this," he stressed.
The chancellor added that Europe would not allow anyone to agree that Ukraine had to be demilitarised. He stressed that without the participation of European countries, it is impossible to talk about security guarantees.
"Nothing will work without us. Of course, we have a say," Scholz said.
In addition, he expressed confidence that the European Union would also remain committed to supporting Ukraine.
As a reminder, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stressed that both Ukraine and representatives of European countries would be involved in the negotiation process to end the war in Ukraine when it begins.
