No country in world helped Ukraine at beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, - Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that at the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine did not receive military assistance from its partners.
He said this in Ankara during a briefing after a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, at the time of the attack, Ukraine had no choice but to "take up arms and defend itself."
Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers began to defend their country "without the help of any country in the world."
"That's how it was, and no one helped Ukraine at that moment. But then, when they [Western partners] saw that Putin [Russian dictator] would not be able to seize our country, that our people, our military, and the president of Ukraine would not run away, everyone realized that we had to help Ukraine. And it was then that the assistance began, in different amounts from different countries," the Head of State said.
